Vendor Policy
Purpose and Ethos
The Gilded Creatrix Events are intentionally curated gatherings centered on creativity, community, integrity, and respect. These events are not open markets in the traditional sense. Each vendor is selected with care to ensure a welcoming, aligned, and cohesive experience for attendees and fellow vendors.
By participating as a vendor, you are contributing to a shared space that prioritizes ethical practices, inclusivity, originality, and thoughtful presentation. These policies exist to protect the atmosphere of the event, the safety of all participants, and the standards that define The Gilded Creatrix Events.
All vendor applications are reviewed individually. Acceptance is based on alignment with the event theme, product quality, originality, presentation, and overall fit within the curated experience.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Gilded Creatrix Events reserve the right to accept or decline any application at their discretion. Decisions are final and may be influenced by category balance, space limitations, or venue specific requirements.
The Gilded Creatrix Events are inclusive spaces. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and consideration at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to behavior targeting race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or personal beliefs.
Vendors are expected to treat attendees, fellow vendors, staff, and volunteers with respect. Any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the event may result in removal without refund.
The Gilded Creatrix Events prioritize thoughtfully created, ethically sourced, and responsibly represented products and services. These markets are curated experiences rather than open resale spaces.
Handmade and Original Work
Handmade, artist created, and independently produced goods are strongly prioritized. Vendors should be able to speak to their creative process, sourcing, or methods when applicable. Products should be offered with intention, integrity, and transparency.
Resale and Sourced Goods
Select resellers may be permitted when resale is appropriate to the category, such as ethically sourced crystals, herbs, books, or specialty goods. Approval of resale items is determined on a case by case basis and must align with the overall spirit, quality, and ethics of the event.
Artificial Intelligence Generated Artwork
Artwork created primarily or entirely through artificial intelligence tools is not permitted. This includes AI generated prints, designs, or illustrations. These events exist to uplift human creativity, craftsmanship, and expression.
Multi Level Marketing and Direct Sales
Multi level marketing companies, direct sales organizations, and recruitment based businesses are not permitted under any circumstances.
Cannabis and Marijuana Products
Products containing cannabis or marijuana in any form are not permitted. This restriction exists solely due to event insurance and venue requirements and is non negotiable. This includes both consumable and non consumable products.
Political and Social Messaging
Products containing political or social messaging may be permitted provided they align with values of equality, inclusion, and human rights. Messaging that promotes discrimination, exclusion, or harm will not be allowed. All political content is subject to review and approval prior to the event.
Venue Based Restrictions
Additional product limitations may apply depending on venue rules, insurance requirements, or local regulations. Any restrictions beyond those listed here are determined by the hosting venue and are outside the discretion of The Gilded Creatrix Events. Vendors will be notified in advance if venue specific limitations apply.
All products and services are subject to review. The Gilded Creatrix Events reserve the right to request removal of any item that does not meet these guidelines or compromises the integrity, safety, or requirements of the event.
Tarot readers, astrologers, healers, and other spiritual practitioners may be required to participate in an interview and or test session prior to acceptance.
Practitioners must operate ethically, obtain consent, and refrain from making medical, legal, or fear based claims. Services offered at these events are intended for reflection, guidance, and personal insight only and are not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.
Vendor fees are non refundable once paid. In the event a vendor is unable to attend, fees may not be transferred or refunded.
No show vendors forfeit all fees and may be restricted from future participation.
In rare cases where an event must be altered or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Vendors are expected to arrive on time, complete setup within designated load in windows, and maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.
Early breakdown without prior approval is not permitted, as it disrupts the experience for attendees and fellow vendors.
Vendors are responsible for their own display materials, product security, and adherence to venue guidelines.
The Gilded Creatrix Events reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates these policies or disrupts the safety, integrity, or atmosphere of the event.
Removal due to policy violation will result in forfeiture of all fees, with no refund issued.
By applying to vend at The Gilded Creatrix Events, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined on this page.
